Hello,
I have an issue with the switch.
I have a network with two switches
WS-C2960-48TC-L and WS-C2960-48TT-L
And I have a VideoConferencing unit Cisco Cisco TelePresence SX20
Network is UTP cat5e and corporate laptops Lenovo works at 100Mb\s full duplex normally but when I connect Cisco VC unit to any port in any of the above mentioned switches it auto negotiates to 10Mbit/s half duplex mode.
If i log in to switch and manually change it's speed and duplex to 100 full it brings the port to "down" state.
It happens with any port.
If I plug in VC unit directly into switch port not in wall socket - it works OK on 100 Full.
Is there something wrong with the network?
Please help me find out.

If you are saying you can plug the VC directly into the switch and it works, but it does not work when plugged into the buildings cabling system - then the building's cabling system has a fault.

Yes but all other devices work with this same building cabling system on 100Full normally
I think this is something in VC's configuration - could that be possible?

I think it is a cabling issue.

I agree with Philip.
If you to connect the SX20 to the wall port and only get 10 Half, however if you plug into the same port on the network switch that the wall port uses, and you get 100 Full, it sounds as if it's a wiring issue between the switch and wall plate.
