I have recently completed the Collaboration Edge deployment for my CUCM 11.0 environment. I have a DX-80 registered with CUCM and it can place and receive SIP and H323 calls from the internet successfully. I can also use the Cisco WebEx "Call my Room" option to place calls to the DX-80's URI. This works perfectly with no delay. The issue occurs when I try to call my room via <alias>@cmr-us.webex.com. The call takes around 55 seconds to establish. Once the call connects, everything works as it should. I see in my logs that it attempts TLS 4 times before it eventually connects successfully with TLS on the 5th try. I'm attaching a redacted screenshot of my Expressway-E logs. I am using a public certificate on the Expressway which includes the SRV target hostname for SIP traffic to my domain name. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
