webex integration without TMS/PE

Hi Guys

a client has MCU 45XX & TC endpoints registered to VCSc 8.1x fully functional for internal calls 

but now wants external devices especially Webex cloud to join internal conference calls, i am aware

that Webex cloud would need TMS/TMSPE with proper security credentials to join the conference but is there

another option without the TMS/TMSPE?

There is a VCSe on prem but yet to be configured.

Do they have CMR on their webex account? If so they don't need TMS/PE to dial into CMR conferences, but they will need the VCS's set up to allow the video calls to/from the internet. 

If you are asking if TMS/PE is required for hybrid CMR using the 45xx MCU, yes it is. That is what establishes the connection from Webex in the cloud to the MCU on prem.
