Hi everbody,
i have a short question if the scenario i am going to explain is possible, and if, how we could achieve this.
We are planning to deploy a third party UDS Phonebook to some endpoints and it already runs fine when the endpoint, that uses it, is inside of the network. But when the endpoint is registered via MRA it does not receive the phonebook.
Does the phonebook need to be accessible via a public IP? If the internal UDS Phonebook is used, that is not required....
Kind Regards
Jannik

Hi Jannik,
The UDS server doesn't need to have Public IP address. Whta you need to make sure is that the IP/hostname of the server is added to "HTTP server allow list (whitelist) on Expressway-C" to that VCS can proxy the HTTPs requests to UDS.

Yes, thank you Leszek!
That did the trick. Now the phonebook appears on the MRA registered devices.
