It's not possible to do what you're looking for, all you can do is add an icon which will make either a video or audio call to a predefined address, see "FacilityService" in the admin guide for the endpoint in question. To provide instruction on how to use the endpoint, you'll need to print out paper copies of the Quick Reference Guide or full User Guide.
