audio and video capturing device

I'm looking for a audio and video capturing device that will be compatible with jabber.

I'm trying to setup a conference room that already has a analog camera that I can use but I need an device to pull-in the audio through a hard wired or wireless device plus bring the video in  also. I'm using a laptop with win 7 to set this up .

I try one device and shuts down jabber.

there are a number of options for this now. I have used the solution from Vaddio in about 40+ conference rooms

I have tried cheaper options and other consumer grade products and they have failed or required much more care and support to make the premium price on the pro models worth it it in the long run
