I have CUCM 8.6 with 100 UCL (enhanced), and 80 IP Phones (mostly 7911), will include two Cisco C40 and two EX60? These devices are those natively's CODEC in this CUCM Version. What licenses do I still need to add.?

As per me you don't require any special License for it.
are you facing any issue in call ?

I can not enable the Video. Voice Call is OK!
I read some post and makes reference to adjunct license (LIC-ADJ-USR-AUDVID) or TP Desktop Video License (LIC-VID-TP-DKTP).
So, Do I need any of these licenses? Maybe not.

Hi Cesar,
First question are you using cisco 7911 to make video calls to c-40 ?
i don't think you need any license for video to work. It should work if the device you have support video formats.
try with other device may be a ip communicator or something to see if video comes.

this definitely should have work. when you register this device are you using any MTP ? if yes, can you try removing that.
also pulling RTMT logs will give more insight to you.

Hi Cesar,
I would recommend you to first check on the endpoint if the proper license is available to make the required calls. Run the following command in the API :
xstatus //systemunit
In the output which is given, you would also see the following :
*s SystemUnit Software MaxVideoCalls: 3
*s SystemUnit Software MaxAudioCalls: 4
*s SystemUnit State System: Initialized
*s SystemUnit State MaxNumberOfCalls: 4
*s SystemUnit State MaxNumberOfActiveCalls: 4
*s SystemUnit State NumberOfActiveCalls: 0
*s SystemUnit State NumberOfSuspendedCalls: 0
*s SystemUnit State NumberOfInProgressCalls: 0
I would recommend running this on both the codecs to see if they actually show Video calls in the status.
