Cisco MCU 5320 customize background image

Dear All,

I need change the default image(attached) which appear while joining any MCU and have to insert my company image/Logo...

How i can do...?

I do not believe that this is possible on the 5320 MCU.  There is nothing that is available to set this in the User Interface, nor anything mentioned in the Admin or Deployment guides.

If you believe this is a feature that should be added to the MCU software, I'd suggest you log a Feature Request through your Cisco Account Manager and it can be sent to the developers for consideration in a future software release.  Note: the MCUs are not generally having any further software development as Cisco are trying to get people to migrate to the TelePresence Server solution instead.

Might not be what you're looking for, but the only thing you can change is the MCU auto-attendant banner, it would replace the the white Cisco logo appearing in the top left.  You don't mention what MCU model you have, but since all Cisco MCUs use the same software, I'll use the MCU 5300 Series as an example.  Refer to the "Adding a custom auto attendant banner" section in the MCU 5300 Series Help Guide on pg 100.

this is also fine for me but defiantly i am not happy with the output as i need entire screen to be changed not only banners... 

so i think cisco developers team must look this and i will raise my query to them .

As Wayne mentioned, it might be difficult to get any new features added to the MCU series, as they are no longer being actively developed in favor of users migrating to TelePresence Server. However, still reach out to you account team and raise a feature request with them, you never know.
