Cisco Meeting Server 1000, virtualized deployment, cannot access SSH on iface a

Hi all,

i have cms 1000 installed on a dedicated server, i have LAN1 connected. I can access the vm by vsphere client and assign ip address to iface a. The strange behaviour now is i cannot access via putty to port 22 on that ip address, so i cannot load license file. My version is cms 2.5.1. The CMS sends back TCP\RST, why ssh service is not enabled on the virtual app?

the vm came already installed. At the end i deleted it and fresh installed again, now i can access with ssh.
