Cisco SX80. No sound/sound issue.

Hello all!

We have SX80 Telepresens Codec, connected to Symetrix Radius audio processor, through line output. After power ON, there is no sound from any Line output, until you restart codec through Web-interface.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Looking at the images of the Symetrix Radius, the inputs are mic/line, is phantom powered turned off on the inputs used by the SX80?
What happens if you remove the DSP and connect the SX80 directly to the speakers on a TV?

So. what is the deal here I compared with another DX80 on the same JWICS network.  When we dial it into a conference no audio the only way to get audio is to restart disconnecting the call and dialing back in won't do.
