Hello All,
We are having an issue with our precision 60 camera, for now we have it standalone and are getting the following error message.
Warning: camera problem - video is stopped
Timestamp:15Z:CAMERA_MALFUNC_MOTOR

Timestamp:15Z:CAMERA_MALFUNC_SYSTEM_CRTICAL
Camera software version is HC7.3.6.ea51021, 2016-04-20
I don't have a whole lot of experience with these camera so I apologize for any misunderstandings
So far I have factory reset the camera only to receive the same error messages,
I have had some trouble updating the software on the camera due to the lack of a codec, although I don't know how important the software is at this point. All I want for now is a video output on the hdmi port.
