CISCO WebEx Codec Plus & Cisco WebEx Control Hub

Hi,

I'm new to this system and need support. We will going to buy Cisco WebEx Codec Plus TTC7-25, 10 units, and will buy Cisco WebEx Control Hub too for our organization.

I would like to know, do I need to buy separate license for codec plus TTC7-25 along with it or if I'll use control hub, I can add these devices to it and manage/administer them and make conference calls ?

Hi,

You need a Room Device Subscription to register the devices at the Control Hub.

Control Hub is not a license. its the portal which you use to administrate, analyze, configure webex cloud subscriptions, device registration, meetings etc.. .

To register the Device, you need device registrations license. If you subscribe Cloud device registration, you will  get the access to control Hub.
