Hi,
I am looking to customize email template to include "Alternate Space URI" while sending invite to participants.
Reading through the documents it can be done by creating "callBrandingProfile"with new Invitation Template. But definitely you need Branding license for that which i don't have. So my question is instead of creating a new profile is there any other way to achieve this ?
My primary space address is an URI which obviously people can't dial via IP-Phones and hence i want to allow those users to call into the space by dialing a numeric ID which is defined as "Alternate URI" and this must be listed in email invite.
Regards,
Alok

Hi Patrick,
There are lot of small things which kind of very frustrating when you don't have branding license. For e.g. like when you want to invite from meeting app, the URI appears in email is something abc@xyz.com.
However the uri you cannot dial if remote participant click on this URI. Instead it tries to open chrome or some other browser. However if you notice that webex invitation email also has URI which comes something like "sip:abc@xyz.com". So if you simply click on that it opens up your jabber for dialing.
Now there could be workarounds, but for this small thing you need branding license to append "sip:" in the space URI. I mean this is making things more complex from implementation point of view because users will ask many things but as system admin or implementation you end up making solution more complex.

Alok
