Connect to Cisco meeting server (CMS) via Video endpoint (Like sony, tandberg, ...)

Hello guys,

I installed CMS version 2.5 with IP address 192.168.2.10

I created a Space (Room) in CMS that it's number is "900" .

I can connect to my Space through chrome browser (WebRTC),

but I can't connect to it with my video endpoint (sony) when I call "900@192.168.2.10"

What should I configure ?

Does the Sony endpoint actually dial the call? Do you see anything in the CMS logs?
Recently had issue with some older Tandbergs that were not able to dial number@ipaddress format. They could only do direct ip address dialing.
