Hi to all
we have some issues with the CTMS , CTM, CUCM
1) We have added succesfully the publisher CUCM in to CTM.What about the subscriber CUCM.The user and pass it supposed to be the same that we used for the Publisher from the application user that we have created for the CTS Manager. What about the certificate. We have to use the cerificate from the publisher or the certificate from the Subscriber to add the subscriber CUCM in to CTS Manager
2) We tried to register CTMS with CTS Manager without any success
we use in CTMS in the field CTS Manager : user =admin username for the CTS Manager, pass=admin password for the CTS Manager.Actually we used the admin credentials for the CTS Manager.
Are these credentials the correct or is something else?

Chrysostomos,
The CTM is designed to talk to only one CUCM per cluster and supports up to 5 clusters. The cluters can be a mix of secure and non-secure but must use SIP trunks as inter-cluster trunks. When building the CTMS in the CTM and vice versa use the same username and password on both sides if not then the CTMS wion't register with the CTM.
