Hi, kinda new at this, how do I get the logs on the end point of a dropped TP conference

What type of endpoint do you have, and software version?
If it's a C/EX/MX/SX Series, then you can find the logs using the web interface of the codec. Navigate to: Diagnostics > Log Files.
The troubleshooting-ex-series-mx-series-sx-and-c-series-codecs document starting on pg 9, goes over what each log file contains.
