HTTP feedback for slot 3 can't be delivered

Hello
I just added 3 "Cisco Webex Room Kit Plus" to CUCM, TMS and TMS-XE.  Everything works fine, except that all 3 units showing the warning below:

 

WARNING: HTTP Feedback
The HTTP Feedback for slot 3 can not be delivered. There might be a problem with connectivity to the remote server.
•Url: https://192.168.1.3/tms/public/feedback/code/rcpto.org.ua
•Error: Couldn't connect to server

 

What would be the possible cause?  How do I isolate if it is network/firewall related or CUCM/TMS configuration related?

Set the URL to use FQDN, not IP and possibly also set TLS verify to "Off" for HttpFeedback if you don't have a signed certificate for TMS and your VC devices has the chain of trust, aka the root and if applicable intermediate certificates(s) for the CA in their trust store.
