Can you please describe what you are trying to do a little clearer?
Some of these questions spring to mind:
- Are you not seeing the presentation on the web interface (possibly missing a Remote Monitoring Option Key)
- Or is the presentation not starting when you're pressing the Start Presentation Button in the web interface?
- When does this happen? In a call? Outside of a call?
