Outlook accept the booking but declined by TMS

Hi all,

 

I have a weird issue that Outlook accept the booking but then declined by TMS, the issue happened with one conferencing room so far, have not found the issue with the rest of meeting rooms. It was a new meeting instead of the modification from a previous meeting. TMS version 15.6.

ERROR:

The videoconference resource could not be booked in Cisco TMS

 

System not found. System Id: 50

Hi

 

Please check if TMS has rights to reserve this on your outlook (booking / reservation rights )

I assume you are using TMSXE, Pls check if on TMSXE if that device communication is successful (ensure that password , ip or mac is not changed)

 

If none of the above works then try to remove and add the room from TMSXE
