Problem with dialing from corporate directory / phone book (E.164)

Hi,

i have a little problem with dialing from the cucm phone book integrated in the Telepresence device. I can search the phone book and it displays the user. The number format ist E.164 but with empty spaces within the number? And for me it looks like the Telepresence device trys to call WITH the spaces because if i dial without spaces it works. So it seems it not translate the phone book number to a right E.164 number.

any ideas?

Looks like this is still an open caveat on the current software for MX, EX, E20, C, and SQ series endpoints.

MX, EX, E20, C and SX series endpoints can not use CUCM phone books with numbers including white spaces.
