We are repeatedly receiving alerts regarding Audio Delay issues with our Room Kit Pro endpoints. It is only the Room Kit Pro endpoints that we are having the issue with. Often when we see the alert popup for an endpoint we end up receiving a call from the folks using that endpoint and they tell us that they cannot hear the folks connected via the other endpoints in the conference. We will then see the alert clear sometime later and all of the sudden they can hear the other folks in the conference again.
I have been looking all over for information about Audio Delay issues and I cannot find anything. Can someone please provide recommendations to troubleshoot and resolve the Audio Delay issues for the Room Kit Pro endpoints?
