Spark room kit / webex room kit Far end Audio and video is not coming.

We have spark room kit device its a new device and when we create webex meeting device audio and video is not  coming from far end. 

Far end participants can see our audio and video. 

 

Device is not resister on cloud we want to use this device as a stand alone device for webex as well as direct IP calling to another VC. 

 

CMR is enabled on WebEx control hub.

 

Device is not added into WebEx control hub.

 

There is no problem with firewall all ports are Open.

 

When cisco tac told us to call on spark@ciscotac.in call went well with audio and video everything. 

 

Can anyone please help with this issue. please let me know if any inputs required to help me.

Hello Mukund,

 

If it is working with TAC provided uri that means the issue is not at your end.
For a non-working call, you can take a pcap on endpoint and on your firewall as well, this will probably tell whether you are receiving far end audio and video at your firewall or not.

If it is not receiving on firewall itself means you need to check with far end firewall team if they are blocking the traffic.

This way you will be able to isolate the issue.
