We have spark room kit device its a new device and when we create webex meeting device audio and video is not coming from far end.
Far end participants can see our audio and video.
Device is not resister on cloud we want to use this device as a stand alone device for webex as well as direct IP calling to another VC.
CMR is enabled on WebEx control hub.
Device is not added into WebEx control hub.
There is no problem with firewall all ports are Open.
When cisco tac told us to call on spark@ciscotac.in call went well with audio and video everything.
Can anyone please help with this issue. please let me know if any inputs required to help me.
