Hi,
Why not ? It is possible.
Check where RMX 500 is placed. ie in Lan, DMZ or public internet.
If RMX is on lan> just dial the dialable pattern from SX 10 which RMX understands ie conf code, uri, ip etc to join a meeting.
If RMX is on public, configure nat ip on SX 10. allow SX 10 subnet on Firewall, throw a call to RMX.
Note*** you will face some media issues initially. firewall should be flexible enough to be configured
to allow rtp dual stream h239/bfcp. etc etc.

If the Polycom has been configured to support SIP in-dial then there should be no issues.
If the Polycom is H.323 only, you will need a VCS (or similar) to do the interworking between SIP and H.323.
