Any idea if it's possible to change virtual keyboard layout from Qwerty to Azerty on the touch10 ?

As of now there isn't any option to change the keyboard layout on Touch 10 from Qwerty to Azerty.

I would suggest you to get in touch with your Cisco Accounts Team to raise an enhancement/feature request for the same.
