Dear All,
we ordered a Cisco Spark Room Kit and I now wanted to configure it on our CUCM.
But unfortunately I do not find the corresponding Phone Type in the list. Until now we only use SX10/SX20 systems.
We have CUCM System version: 10.5.2.11900-3
I found the following Bug:

But under Known Affected Releases is not our version listed - same for known fixed Releases. Do we have to update to a newer version?
I found in another discussion (https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/telepresence/cucm-endpont-for-cisco-spark-room-kit/td-p/3192868) the following hint:
The device type must be Cisco Spark Room Kit, however you must make sure to have the correct device pack installed on a supported CUCM version.
If I install that device pack - is it then possible to see the phone template on the CUCM?

You need to install the device pack that contains the Spark Room Series devices, afterward they will appear in the phone list, refer to the CUCM Device Package Compatibility Matrix to find the correct device pack you need to install for your version of CUCM.
