I know this is a long shot, but is it possible to manually change the TMS System ID?
When replacing a system, we had someone accidently purge and replace rather than just do a simple replace. Now the room is not bookable through Outlook since the current room has a new TMS System ID and Exchange is looking for the old TMS System ID.

Reconfigure TMSXE with the correct TMS system. Changing the ID within TMS is not possible.
