Just an FYI.
I managed to get my PrecisionHD webcam working on my MAC OS 10.8.5. As in other posts around the Internet it stopped working after a upgrade to the OS.
Had to upgrade the firmware on the webcam from a PC with the "cc150.exe" download from the support pages. After a successful upgrade I plugged it into my MAC and it was recognized by Jabber. Act's a little funny however as the light goes from green to amber after a couple of minutes but it continues to work and
the MAC does not see it in System info as a connected USB device or a Camera.

BTW: It stopped working after I restarted Jabber to test it with 11.0
Had to
-unplug it from the usb port
- restart Jabber
- open up audio / Video preferences
- plug the cam back in to the usb port
- Wait a few minutes (it will start to make it's bootup clicking noises)
- The cam and video then displayed in the preview window (but went amber)
