TMS email templates

TMS 15.5, TMSXE 5.5, CMS 2.2

I'm attempting to add the toll free dial in information to both the TMS meeting confirmation email as well as the ics attachment /meeting invite. I've viewed the email template settings and none of the preview templates reflect the one that users are getting so I'm not sure which one to edit. I'm also not sure what and where to edit in order to add the information. I've opened a couple of tickets with TAC and they are stating that the email templates and ics attachments cannot be edited but I doubt that this is true. The latest ticket # is 682575769. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

So I've added the toll-free dial in information to the TMS confirmation and the ics attachement but the attachment SFB dial in url has "sip://" in the prefix of the url which is causing problems when clicked on. How do I remove the two forward slashes in the template? It is fine in the confirmation email but not the ics attachment.
