Hi

My customer want's to have a reporting about the TPS/Conductor usage.

He has a VCS centric environment.

Can I see somewhere how much (in percent or so) of the current license or capacity is used?

Thanks for any feedback.

Best Regards,

Daniel

As you've already found out, the TMS Bridge Utilization Report doesn't support Conductor. You're only option would be the Conductor Usage Report introduced in XC4.1 mentioned by Wayne.

I'm not sure if it works with Conductor as I don't have one deployed yet, but the recent releases of TMS have a Bridge Utilization report (Reporting > Bridge Utilization).  I included some screenshots of this in this thread: mcu-5320-port-usage-report

Hi

Thanks for the answer. But this is not working for bridges behind a conductor.

This report shows me the following "error":

No bridge data available
There must be direct-managed bridges in Cisco TMS for data to display on this page. Cisco TMS does not gather data from the following bridges for this report: TelePresence Conductor; bridges behind a TelePresence Conductor; unmanaged bridges.
Best Regards,
Daniel

Are you able to get a report from Conductor?  Looking at the XC4.1 documentation there is a new Usage report available (Maintenance > Diagnostics > Usage report).
