Ask Me Anything Event: The Top Outages of 2023

Join us here to continue the conversation from the most anticipated webinar of the year!

When was the webinar?

January 23, 2024, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM PST

I missed it, can I still see it?

Yes! You can watch the on-demand recording here.

What is the Webinar?

Over the course of 2023, several notable outages impacted users’ ability to access the applications and services they rely on. We saw worldwide productivity platform disruptions, cloud service degradations, and connectivity issues with contactless payment systems, to name a few.

Join the ThousandEyes Internet Intelligence team, hosts of The Internet Report podcast, for a new webinar breaking down some of the key outages and degradations of 2023 from ThousandEyes’ perspective.

Our Internet experts will walk you through how the events unfolded and share insights to help you proactively mitigate outage-related impacts. You’ll learn:

  • How these outages manifested from the standpoint of enterprises and end users
  • How to apply best practices for improving service resilience
  • How to gain visibility into external dependencies for rapid mitigation and service provider accountability

The webinar will cover relevant architectural concepts and feature live demos using the ThousandEyes platform for a real-time view into the outages.

After watching the webinar, you can leave your questions for Brian and our experts below!

A number of real world cases where Thousand Eyes was very useful, the issue for me is justifying the expense to upper management with the realization that we haven't ever encountered those kinds of issues. Like buying insurance.
