SIP端末からCisco Unified Communication ManagerのCTI Route Point へコールを行うと、切断される

主な問題	DTMF 方式RFC 2833 をサポートしているSIP 端末から、Cisco Unified Communication Manager のCTI Route Point へコールを行うと 、cause=47 (Resource unavailable, unspecified) にて切断される場合があります。 切断時のCisco CallManager trace トレースを見ると、以下の様なERROR メッセージが確認できます。 |AppInfo  |!!ERROR!! -MediaManager-(145)::isMTPNeededForDTMFInjectionFromOOBTo2833 DTMFMTPSide=1, MTPInsertReason=1 |AppInfo  |MRM::getXcodeDeviceGivenMrgl GETTING XCODE FROM DEFAULT LIST |AppInfo  |MediaResourceManager::sendAllocationResourceErr - ERROR - no transcoder device configured
原因	CTI Route Point はKPML, SIP NOTIFY等、Out of Bound(OOB) のDTMF 方式のみのサポートのため、RFC 2833 をサポートしているSIP 端末と、DTMF 方式の不一致が発生するためです。 Cisco Collaboration System 10.x Solution Reference Network Designs (SRND) CTI Route Points A CTI Route Point uses CTI events to communicate with CTI applications. For DTMF purposes, the CTI Route Point can be considered as an endpoint that supports all OOB methods and does not support RFC 2833. For such endpoints, the only instance where an MTP will be required for DTMF conversion would be when it is communicating with another endpoint that supports only RFC 2833.
解決策	トランスコーダにてRFC 2833 と OOBのDTMF方式 を変換してください。
