はじめに
本記事では、Secure Endpointをご使用いただいているお客様環境で発生し、多くのお客様からTACへお問い合わせをいただいた不具合を紹介させていただきます。
フィールドで頻繁に発生している不具合を把握してリスクを認識し、バージョンアップによる修正やワークアラウンドを適用することで、Secure Endpointを安定してご利用いただくことを目的とします。
以下の通り、Secure Endpointは執筆時点において修正バージョンがなく再現性が高い不具合が複数報告されておりますため、ご注意ください。
前提条件
- 本記事ではGlobal全体でCisco TACへお問い合わせいただいた件数が多い不具合、特にWindows/Mac/Linux Connectorの不具合を中心に紹介します。
- Release Noteにも関連する情報が含まれているため、合わせてご確認ください。
