本ドキュメントでは、Intersight Virtual Appliance (VA), Assist のサポートされるバージョンについて説明します。
サポートされるバージョンについて
Help Center に記載の通り、Virtual Appliance (以下 VA)、及び Assist は、サポートされるバージョンが定められております。非サポートバージョンで発生した障害解析などについては、TAC でのサポートを致しかねます。

It is highly recommended that you check the Appliance Account regularly for updates and remain on the latest version of the Intersight Virtual Appliance software as it is continuously improved to include new features and enhancements. It is also important to note that only "N-3" software versions of the product are supported, with "N" being the latest version of appliance software.
Ensure that the version of the software that you are manually uploading for installation is always higher than the running version.
従って、VMware vSphere 上で展開する Appliance の場合、2024年2月9日現在の最新バージョンは1.0.9-631のため、1.0.9-589 までがサポートバージョンとなります。

Intersight 2.0 への対応について
Intersight ライセンス形態が変更となり(バージョン 1.0 -> 2.0)、古いバージョンの Virtual Appliance では、2.0の型番を認識できません。2.0 は、以下の通り 1.0.9-589 のアプライアンスからサポートしています。

また、バージョンに関わらず、バージョン 1.0, 2.0 のライセンスを両方含んだ Authentication Code を使用してライセンスを適用することは出来ません。

Note:
The upgraded Private Virtual Appliance will not support an Authentication Code that contains both old and new offer licenses. If you want to use new offer licenses, you need to upgrade the Private Virtual Appliance to the version that supports the new licensing offer, and then proceed with updating the appliance. Existing customers who have not purchased new offer licenses are not required to take any action.
まとめ
サポートバージョン、及び Intersight 2.0 ライセンス対応の観点から、新バージョンリリースの定期的なチェック、バージョンアップを実施ください。非サポートバージョンで問題が発生し、TAC サポートが必要な場合、SR をオープンする前に、まずはサポートバージョンへアップグレードし、問題が発生するかご確認ください。非サポートバージョンをご使用の環境で発生した問題やご質問についてオープンされた SR については、対応をお断りさせていただきます。
