Service Requests Possible Status Values

I've been searching high and low for where I find the possible status values. 

I've been able to get these values from the api. 

'Failed','Complete','Cancelled'

What are the possible values for when a work flow is running?

Inprogress?

All status's then would be this then right:

Submitted

In Progress

Complete

Cancelled

Failed

Is that the full possible list for SR request items?

The possible statuses are - Not Submitted,Submitted,Cancelled,In Progress,Failed,Completed.
