We have multiple offices and each office has it's own receptionist. Currently if you are leaving a voicemail for someone and hit 0 during the greeting it pushes the caller to their local reception which is good. However if you hit 0 after the greeting it goes to our main office reception which the powers that be decided is bad. My question is how would I push after greeting to local operator instead of main office.

What product and version are you using for the IVR? Cisco have a lot of products that could perform what you have described, but I'm personally only specialized in Unity and Unity Connection (which would not behave this way unless the After Greeting Action was sending the calls to another Call Handler with different Calling Input options).
Kind regards,
Craig

We are running CU7.0(2)_ES35. So would I need to create a different call handler for each of our offices?
