Hello everyone,
I am attempting to place video calls from a 2N Helios door phone to a Cisco 9971 device. I am able to get audio-only from the door phone but I do not see any video.
The 9971 is ENABLED for video both on the phone and in the CUCM.
2N Helios is set for 99 as the payload type with VGA 640x480 resolution for the video. Location video bandwidth is set to unlimited and 4096kbps for the region.
Please note: I also tested this with Jabber and CUVA and I can not see any video on the phone. When I click "Start My Video" in Jabber nothing happens. When I call the phone with CIPC and CUVA there is no video on the phone.
