3rd Party IVR solutions

Hi. I am looking for a 3rd Party IVR solution that will integrate with CUCM 10.5 and UCX 10.5. 

We have a SIP connection for our VoIP service. Would especially prefer an option that will do text to speech, but doesn't sound robotic. 

Does such exist?
