We have Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4) SR 1 installed at our site. Twice (within a two week spread), Unity has stopped - and had to be restarted. The Win2K Event Viewer shows the folllowng event ID 7031; The Telephony service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s). Has this been seen prior - and is there a resolution?
