8841 Phone re-registering

Cisco 8841 not registering at remote site, after profile change at HQ.
Gets IP, can not ping. Phone stuck on registering.
Tried configuring alternate TFTP on phone, phone stated could not find.
Other VPN phones working, however, did not change these profiles.
Any way to fix this without retrieving the phone ?

Adding Alternate TFTP on phone seems to have solved the problem.

If the phone gets an IP address, is it the correct IP address?
If the phone gets an IP address, use a web browser and enter the IP address of the phone. On the main page, scroll down and look at the time, date and timezone. Are these correct?
Go to the Network Setup and look under TFTP Server 1 and CUCM Server 1. Are these the correct details?
