I am trying to access the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant. I can get to the web page. I type in user name, password and domain name. I get “access denied”. After 3 or 4 times it will disable my account. I can go into Unity Admin and re-enable the account. I can not find where to change that password. Any good documentation for setting up Cisco Personal Communication Assistant?
