We use Cisco Connection Web Inbox to access our voice mailboxes from a web browser. Currently we're able to access voice mail for our own extension. Is there a way to access voice mail for another extension?
For example, on my phone I have my own extension and the IT Help Desk's extension. When I log into the Web Inbox I can see my own voice mailbox only. I'd like to also see the Help Desk's voice mailbox too.
How can I do that? What do I need to configure/enable? Thanks!

Hi,
easiest set up would be to have a shared user on CUC for the IT Helpdesk extension and login with dedicated username/pwd. So a dedicated (web) inbox for the helpdesk mailbox
More efficient solution and avoiding shared login credentials is Dispatch messaging greatly described here:

To answer your question, you cannot do that, you can only use the web inbox for your account.
The option to see this via web inbox, is to do as Christoph says, but you'll need ANOTHER account to access the web inbox.
