We at one time were able to chat with partners outside our company via Jabber. That function has stopped working. I checked firewall rules. None of them have changed. Nothing in the environment has changed.
Any thoughts???...You guys are the best user community anyways.

Hi,
I would start by ensure that your certificates have not expired. Ensure that you DNS SRV records are still in place and that you domain name that you use is still registered.
do you have external jabber clients that clients connected? Do you expressway?
