Hi,
Am new to this forum and require some help.
I have unity 4.0(4) and am trying to check the voice mail messages for a user on his phone, but as soon as I enter his password, I get "your account is locked" message, but if he opens his mail, he gets the message in the mail fine. Any advise how to unlock the account and check the messages on the phone.

If you attempt to access your mailbox over the phone and enter the wrong password too many times, the account will be locked out for a period of time - you can unlock the account manually by going to that subscriber in the web based SA interface and go to the "Account" page - there's a checkbox there for "Cisco Unity Account Status" that will checked for "locked". If you uncheck this and save (hit the save button at the top of the web form) you should be able to call in over the phone and log in.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion, I checked but the account didnt have Locked box checked, Did some R&D myself, checked locked and saved and then unchecked it and saved again, the account got unlocked.
