When looking up a user from the directory of extensions I have the following question.
After choosing the user by pressing the last name you are automatically forwarded to greeting for that subscriber. How do you make the change to have it ring the subscribers extension instead of going into voicmail?
I can do it for an individual's mailbox by going to the call transfer section and choosing to ring subscribers extension.
Where/How do I do make this the system standard for eveyone? I do not want to go into every mailbox and choose this option.
