We are about to take part in a migration from NT4 to AD and have been told we will not be able to make any schema changes needed for Unity. If we cant get an exception, will Unified Messaging be able to function?
Thanks,
Jesse

Unfortunately there is no way Unity will install (or function) without the necessary AD schema changes.

Perhaps you can offer the AD admins the doc below to help them make a favourable decision.
Active Directory Capacity Planning (Cisco Unity Versions 4.0, 3.1, and 3.0(3) and Later with Microsoft Exchange)
