Add announcement and MOH to CUAC

We have CUAC advanced (12.0.5) and CUCM (11.5.1), when a call comes to the operator queue, caller hears ring back but we would like to add an announcement and MOH while they are waiting for their call to be answered. 
Can this be done? Using CCX or CUCM?

You need to set the MoH on the inbound ports to CUAC and then change the CUAC system to answer the call.  This will have the CAUC server answer the call then place it on hold.  This will play the music assigned to the port for caller in queue.   It is probably easiest to make custom audio with the announcement followed by the hold and then upload that as the hold audio.
