Jabber runs in V12.7.0

Never seen this error before. When you are on active call, is mute button working on Cisco Jabber?

Have you found something? one of my customer report the same issue using Jabber_for_iOS-12.9.3.304356 on CUCM System version: 11.5.1.16100-1
