administrator admin: console location? I'm trying to restart the CUCM after power outage

 I'm trying to restart the CUCM after power outage, phones are not registering, I have an ISR 2900 series, cucm 11.5 and unity for VM.  I see the linux utility VM which is running redhat I believe, how do I get to the administration console mode to apply this command below?

admin:utils system restart

If you can SSH to the server you would issue it after establishing the SSH session. If you cannot SSH then you need to go to your VMware ESXi host, locate the virtual machine and bring up the console connection from there, you will have ability to authenticate with the OS credentials and issue the command.
