Advice installing CUCM and CUxN (v9.x) on VMware

Hi All,

I wil be installing both applications on UCS servers using ESXi. I would like to know the following:

• Where to download the up-to-date OVA files
  
• What are the best practices/considerations when installing both applications on VMware
  

In talking with a colleague he mentioned two key things to mention are reservations which have to be setup and LRO can anyone help with the points mentioned by my colleague and above.
