Alarms of endpoints Not detected of Prime Collabration 10.6

I have a Cisco Prime Collaboration 10.6 installed, my problesm is when fails my any phone for example unregister or unreacheable the Prime Collaboration not detected and not sendme Alarms.

Hi,

Have you set up alarm and notification for the device(s)? There is a "device unregistered" alarm set.

Alarm & Event Setup > Notification > Assurance Notification Criteria
